Laminated MDF is the Al Noor LMDF range and it is in the shop — nine ranges, factory-finished, no painting needed. Plain MDF and ZRK UV board come through the family shops beside us, so a job needing more than one of them is still one trip.

Plywood — common questions
What grade of plywood do you stock?
A-Grade is our primary range. It has a smooth, sanded face with no knots or major defects, which is what you want anywhere the surface will be seen, painted or laminated.
What thicknesses are available?
We stock A-Grade plywood in all thicknesses from 3mm to 25mm. 18mm is the usual choice for cabinet carcasses and shelving.
What thickness should I use for kitchen cabinets?
18mm is the standard for cabinet carcasses and is what most kitchen hardware is designed around, including the Wellmax fittings we stock. Thinner boards are usually used for backs and drawer bases.
Do you publish prices?
No. Board rates move with the market, so we quote on request rather than listing a price that goes out of date. Send us the thickness and quantity on WhatsApp and we will give you the current rate.
Can I get timber, PVC or door skin as well?
Yes. Door skin plywood, imported wood, specialty timber and Chawla PVC come through Janjua Timber Merchant next door, and ZRK UV board through Aziz Wood House. All three are family shops, so you can source a whole job in one trip.
Can you work out how much I need?
Yes, and it is free. Bring or send your measurements and we will work out the board count with you before you buy.
